2. Liabilities

2.e. They may not engage in fraudulent attempts. The User accepts that their membership will be terminated if found and accepts all legal and criminal liabilities that may arise from the situation.

2.f. The User may not remove or extract Copyright, Trademark, and all Intellectual and Artistic Works Law scope notes from any material copied from www.kiperinturkiye.com or printed with a printer.

2.g. The membership cancellation and account deletion process can be carried out by the user via www.kiperinturkiye.com. The access authorization of the user who terminates their membership to the site will be canceled. The person who cancels their membership accepts that this action is irreversible.

2.h. The relationships of the site users with each other or with third parties are the responsibility of the individuals.

3. Notification Addresses

It will also be accepted that any notification made by www.kiperinturkiye.com using the user's registered email address will reach the user 1 (one) day after the email is sent by www.kiperinturkiye.com. The User declares, accepts, and undertakes that they have read, understood, and accepted all the articles in this participation agreement and confirms the accuracy of the information they have provided regarding themselves.
