Delivery Terms
Your orders are handed over to the courier within 3 business days (Monday-Friday) at the latest after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the region where the order will be shipped and are generally delivered within 1-3 business days.
Stock Status and Delivery Time
- If the ordered products are out of stock, the sale of the relevant products is suspended and no new orders are accepted. Therefore, only products in stock can be ordered.
- Delivery is carried out within the committed period (maximum 30 days) from the date the order is received. If delivery exceeds this period, the customer will be informed and the paid amount will be refunded upon request.
Order Confirmation
- After your order is completed, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. This email contains your order details and information about the products you purchased.
- In addition, the Distance Sales Agreement and Preliminary Information Form created during the ordering process are provided to you electronically. These documents are included in the confirmation email sent to you and are accessible at any time.
Delivery Terms
- Your products are delivered to you through contracted courier companies. In the event of any disruption during shipping, our customer representative will contact you. Therefore, it is important that your contact information is complete and accurate.
- Delivery is not made on official holidays and public holidays.
Returns and Cancellations
- For your return or cancellation requests of the received products, you can follow the procedures specified on our "Cancellation and Return Policy" page.
- In return transactions made within the scope of the right of withdrawal, the relevant shipping costs are covered by us.
