The BUYER accepts that the information provided while signing up for the www.kiperinturkiye.com website is accurate and up to date.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement covers the sale and delivery of products or services ordered by the BUYER through the website belonging to the SELLER, and the rights and obligations of the parties.
The agreement has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

The basic characteristics of the products have been presented to the BUYER for review during the order and have been approved.
4. Delivery Terms
- The ordered products will be delivered to the delivery address specified by the BUYER within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
- The delivery of the products shall not legally exceed 30 days. In case of force majeure, this period may be extended and the BUYER will be informed.
- Unless otherwise stated, the shipping fee is covered by the BUYER. In return processes, domestic shipping costs belong to the SELLER, and international return costs belong to the BUYER.
Force Majeure
If delivery is delayed due to natural disasters, pandemics, transportation disruptions, strikes, or similar situations, the SELLER shall immediately inform the BUYER of this situation. In this case, the BUYER has the following rights:
- To cancel the order,
- To replace it with a similar product,
- To request that the delivery time be extended until the obstacle is removed.
5. Payment Terms
- The BUYER agrees to pay the product/service fee with the payment method selected at the time of the order.
- In payments made by credit card, the interest and other costs applied by the banks are the responsibility of the BUYER.
- The SELLER will not deliver the product until the payment is completed.
6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1. Right of Withdrawal Period
The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receiving the product without stating any reason.
6.2. Situations Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products and services:
- Products specially prepared for personal needs.
- Products that cannot be resold due to health and hygiene reasons (e.g., opened food, cosmetics).
- Products that are perishable or at risk of expiring.
6.3. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must inform the SELLER in writing (email, registered mail with return receipt).
- After the withdrawal notice, the product must be returned in its original packaging, complete, undamaged, and with its invoice if applicable.
6.4. Return and Refund Terms
- The product price is refunded to the BUYER within 14 days from the date the withdrawal notice reaches the SELLER.
- No shipping fee is charged to the BUYER during the return. However, if a different carrier is preferred, the cost belongs to the BUYER.
7. Obligations of the SELLER
- The SELLER is obliged to deliver the products intact, complete, in accordance with the characteristics specified in the order, and with warranty documents if applicable.
- If the order cannot be fulfilled, this situation will be reported to the BUYER within 3 days, and the payment will be refunded within 14 days.

9. Competent Court and Dispute Resolution
In all disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts where the BUYER purchased the goods or services shall have jurisdiction.
10. General Provisions
- The BUYER accepts that they have read and approved the agreement and preliminary information form before placing the order.
- The SELLER is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the BUYER.
