Electronic Commercial Communication Consent Text

This text explains the scope of your consent regarding commercial electronic communications that will be sent to you by Kiperin İlaç Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, how you can withdraw this consent at any time, and which of your information will be used.

What is a Commercial Electronic Communication?

In accordance with the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563 and related legislation, a commercial electronic communication refers to data, voice, and image-based communications sent for commercial purposes through electronic means such as telephones, call centers, fax, automated dialers, smart voice recording systems, electronic mail, and short message services.

Commercial electronic communications may only be sent to recipients with their prior consent. Commercial electronic communications cannot be sent to recipients whose consent is not registered in the Electronic Messaging Management System (“İYS”). This consent may be obtained in writing, through any electronic communication tool, or via the İYS. The consent must include the recipient’s affirmative declaration of intent and their electronic communication address. Consents obtained through channels other than the İYS must be registered in the İYS within three business days from the date they are obtained.

If the recipient provides their contact information for the purpose of being contacted by the company, no additional consent is required for communications regarding changes to, use of, and maintenance of the goods or services provided, or for information about ordering, delivery, payment, and return processes.

Scope of Consent

In accordance with Law No. 6563 and related legislation, with your consent, the company may contact you through the communication channels you have consented to for the purpose of providing all types of information, promotions, advertisements, product offers, campaigns, discounts, new product announcements, surveys, and customer satisfaction assessments related to the products and services offered by Kiperin İlaç Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Company”) and the information you provide through the www.kiperinturkiye.com website or other channels.

Your consent applies only to the channels you have consented to; consent given for one communication channel does not cover other channels. Not giving consent to receive commercial electronic communications does not prevent you from benefiting from the Company’s products and services.

Right to Opt Out

Even if you have consented to receive commercial electronic communications, you may opt out of receiving them at any time and without stating any reason. You may exercise your right to opt out easily and free of charge through the following methods:

• By clicking the “Unsubscribe / Leave the List” link at the bottom of email communications,
• iys.org.tr or via the İYS mobile application,
• 0850 346 41 59 or by sending your request to info@kiperincollagenturkiye.com.

By submitting an opt-out request, you invalidate your consent for the communication channel through which the request was submitted. Your request will be processed and reported to the İYS within three business days at the latest.

Protection of Personal Data

This text only concerns consent to receive commercial electronic communications under Law No. 6563. For information about the purposes for which your personal data is processed, the parties to whom it is transferred, and your rights under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, you may review the Clarification Text on the Protection and Processing of Personal Data.

Your contact information may be transferred to the İYS and to the electronic communication delivery infrastructure providers from whom we receive services for the purpose of carrying out communication delivery processes. Consent and opt-out records are retained for three years from the completion of the relevant transaction, in accordance with legislation.
