Prepared with Kiperin Purple Collagen, this Chocolate Blueberry Brownie offers a healthy solution to your sweet cravings while also supporting your skin and joint health with collagen.

Balanced with the rich taste of dark chocolate and the slightly acidic texture of blueberries, this delicious brownie can be both nutritious and filling. It is a perfect option for those who want to enjoy a sweet treat without disrupting their daily nutrition routine!

Ingredients for Fit Blueberry Brownie with Collagen:

  • 3 room-temperature eggs
  • 90 g dark chocolate (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or water
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 cup oat flour or almond flour
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or 1 packet of vanilla
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
  • 2 scoops of Kiperin Purple Collagen

How to Make Blueberry Brownie with Kiperin Purple Collagen?

  • Preheat your oven to 170 degrees.
  • Grease the bottom and sides of a 20 cm square cake pan with some softened butter, cut parchment paper so that it slightly overhangs the bottom, and place it inside.
  • Melt the dark chocolate completely using a double boiler (melting the chocolate in a glass or metal bowl over boiling water) or in the microwave in 30-second intervals while stirring. Set the melted chocolate aside to cool slightly.
  • Whisk the eggs in a large mixing bowl. Slowly add the melted coconut oil, honey or maple syrup, almond milk (or water), vanilla extract, and melted chocolate while continuing to stir. Mix thoroughly to ensure all liquid ingredients are well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the oat flour or almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and Kiperin Purple Collagen. Slowly add the dry mixture to the liquid mixture and stir with a spatula until you obtain a homogeneous batter. The mixture should have a thick and creamy consistency.
  • Add the white chocolate chips to the batter if desired and mix.
  • Pour the prepared brownie batter into the greased or parchment-lined pan and level the top with a spatula.
  • Arrange the blueberries on top of the brownie poured into the mold.
  • Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. At the end of the baking time, perform the toothpick test; if the toothpick comes out slightly moist but without batter, your brownie is baked. Since the blueberries will add some moisture to the batter, the center of the brownie may not be very dry; this is an expected result.
  • Remove the brownie from the oven and let it cool at room temperature. Slice it after it has completely cooled.

Now you can serve it! With its soft, chocolatey, and fruity texture, this brownie will be a healthy and delicious dessert option. Enjoy! 🍫🫐
